Find Your Balance

Balance is in motion, it's never a fixed point, but it's always available to you. Through actively making choices about the person you want to be, and focusing on nourishing every aspect of yourself, mind, body + spirit, you will always be able to come back to your center. It's not about being perfect, it's about coming home to yourself every time you feel lost.

3 Keys to Balance

3 Keys to B A L A N C E

EAT |  Food that nourishes body. Practice eating as a form of self-care, not a form of punishment. Eat clean whole foods that fuels you... AND allow yourself the pleasure of conscious indulgences. (Remember, it's all about balance)

MOVE |  Your body in a way that moves your soul. Allow movement to provide a safe space of healing and strength building for you. Remember that intentional stillness is as important as exercise.

CHOOSE |  The thoughts and actions that support you, and if you choose wrong, simply choose again. Never be in resistance to where you're at, but allow yourself to make the choices that bring you closer to where you want to be each and every day. Learn to hear yourself so clearly that you can make a new choice in each moment. You have NO obligation to be who you were yesterday. Do not subscribe to dogma, do not follow rules. Always come back to yourself.

Design Your Life

Your lifestyle is the foundation of your life.

If parts of your foundation are misaligned or broken it can be really hard to move forward.

Your thoughts create your reality.
Your food becomes your body.
Your daily habits become your life.

If your day to day life is filled with habits that bring you down and thoughts that trap you in negativity loops, it can leave you feeling stuck and exhausted.

You have the power to change your experience. That power is within you and available to you right now, in this very moment.

"I worked with Natalie during one of the craziest times of my life, travel, death in the family, acting in and producing a film and theatre piece, and laying the groundwork for my lifelong dream art collective. She helped me immensely and I don’t think I could have pulled off these successes as gracefully without her. She is kind, compassionate, and firm. If you have the opportunity to be coached by her do it!" -Ciara G, NYC

"I am so grateful for her knowledge, kindness, and passion for helping others. She has been so crucial in helping me through my bad days in the past 6 months. She is a nonjudgmental, truly transformative force that I feel lucky to have on my side as I continue to grow and live my best self." -Jessica R, LA

"Natalie’s sweet loving tone and approach to her work she has helped me to feel so supported through the changes that I have made and helped me to really grow outside of my comfort zones and grow internally too. I consider her a sidekick on my awesome journey, without her I’d just be a girl standing in a batman suit with no idea what to do next.Thank you Natalie!! ” -Kimberly C, Chicago

"Natalie is talented at getting to the heart of the issue and stayed with me as we unraveled the knot that was getting in my way. She was a genius at helping me set goals and reaching them. In the three short months we worked together I felt like I overcame giant hurdles and now feel truly balanced. Natalie is smart, has a gentle but direct approach and is an incredibly talented coach." -Marcy D, Chicago

As Seen In:

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be?
