Balance is in motion, it's never a fixed point, but it's always available to you. Through actively making choices about the person you want to be, and focusing on nourishing every aspect of yourself, mind, body + spirit, you will always be able to come back to your center. It's not about being perfect, it's about coming home to yourself every time you feel lost.

EAT | Food that nourishes body. Practice eating as a form of self-care, not a form of punishment. Eat clean whole foods that fuels you... AND allow yourself the pleasure of conscious indulgences. (Remember, it's all about balance)
MOVE | Your body in a way that moves your soul. Allow movement to provide a safe space of healing and strength building for you. Remember that intentional stillness is as important as exercise.
CHOOSE | The thoughts and actions that support you, and if you choose wrong, simply choose again. Never be in resistance to where you're at, but allow yourself to make the choices that bring you closer to where you want to be each and every day. Learn to hear yourself so clearly that you can make a new choice in each moment. You have NO obligation to be who you were yesterday. Do not subscribe to dogma, do not follow rules. Always come back to yourself.

Your lifestyle is the foundation of your life.
If parts of your foundation are misaligned or broken it can be really hard to move forward.
