Your lifestyle is the foundation of your life. If you feel frantic and frustrated on a daily basis and you're struggling to eat right and take care of yourself, that will show up in other areas of your life as well.
No matter how busy you are, it is possible to create a lifestyle that is supportive to you rather than destructive.
This program is for anyone who wants a fresh start, and it ready to commit to making many small changes that will add up to a completely new way of living, but hasn't been able to to it on their own.
Together we will map out a CUSTOMIZED lifestyle plan that works for you. We will create a strong foundation that will be easy to come back to whenever you feel off- balance.
We will focus on three main points:
Mindset// reframing old limiting beliefs, creating new positive mindsets
Diet// eating plan that works for your body and your schedule
Daily practices// meditation, movement, journaling, breath work
We will meet via phone, FaceTime, Skype, or in person if you are in the LA area.
