Natalie's Yoga Bio

After practicing yoga for 9 years, Natalie received her 200 hour RYT certification from Tamal Dodge at Yogasalt in April 2016. With a background and degree in dance (2012, UNCSA), she has a passion for movement and helping people feel good in their bodies. Natalie's classes are alignment based, breath focused, and movement oriented. She has been teaching at Hyeprslow Yoga Studio + Cafe since June 2016 as well as private clients in the Los Angeles area since May 2016. She continues to teach and practice yoga in order to help herself stay healthy, grounded, and present.
