This 90 minute session is designed to propel you in the direction you want to be going. Through conversation I'll help you shine light on any areas that feel dark or confusing in your life. Together, we will work to find new solutions to problems that have you feeling stuck, to shift old unsupportive mindsets, and to help you step into your deepest truth. I will hold space for you to gain crystalline clarity on whatever it is that feels paralyzing for you.
