For years I struggled to feel good in my own skin. Confidence was a thing I would have for a fleeting moment, but it wasn't something I could count on. I was afraid of expressing my needs, speaking my truth and being myself. I wanted SO badly to be perfect and faulted myself for every single flaw I believed I had. I was desperate for people to validate me because deep down I believed I wasn't enough. I didn't know myself.
The times I’ve struggled the most in my life are the times I’ve let myself and my needs fall by the wayside. Without fail, when I’ve put my needs on the back burner everything in my life becomes much more challenging.
Creating lifestyle that supports me to stay balanced and be the me I want to be is one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself. The solid foundation I’ve built of habits, tools and daily practices is always there for me even when I completely turn my back on all of it. This is not to say that I don't have bad days, weeks or months, trust me, I do. But regardless of those days I always have a strong foundation to turn to.
My lifestyle has helped me heal so much around my struggles with body image and lack of self worth. The more I’ve shown up for myself the more I realize I’m WORTH showing up for. The more I give myself UNCONDITIONAL love the more I realize I am lovable and wonderful exactly as I am. That's why I'm so passionate about helping other women find balance in their lives so that they can recognize their worth and truly love themselves.
It's about KNOWING yourself and LOVING yourself enough to make the choices that feel the most true to you.
Your lifestyle is the foundation of your life.
If parts of your foundation are misaligned or broken it can be really hard to move forward.

In, Design Your Life, my three month one-on-one program, I will partner with you to create a balanced life that empowers you to live your best life.
Not only will you band aid solutions I will help you break through the blocks that have been keeping you stuck where you are help you actually get to the core of why you have a hard time speaking your needs why your self esteem is low, why you already know how to eat but you just can't seem to do it.
Our work together will be broken up into two parts:
1) Mindset- Instead of just teaching you how to feel balanced we will dig deep into the thoughts and actions that have been keeping you stuck. Shifting your mindset and getting to the core of the things that are holding you back so that they don't continue to come up when life gets challenging.
2) Practical Tools- You will walk away from every session with practical tools to help you experience measurable results in your life.
HOW IT WORKS:
We will meet three times a month for three months via phone, FaceTime or Skype.
In between calls you will be working on accomplishing specific goals that you've set for yourself.
You'll have access to unlimited email support from me and can reach out for guidance and support at any time.
