Being healthy shouldn't be a punishment
Spring is here which means we're all ready for new beginnings and exciting changes!
REMEMBER: How you do things is so much more important than what you're actually doing. Eat clean, take care of yourself, practice yoga, exercise, journal, and do it because you LOVE yourself... NOT because you won't love yourself if you don't. Make sense? Don't use your wellness routine as a form of punishment, instead, allow it to empower you and come from a place of self-love. You'll be amazed at how powerful your intention can be.
