Summer in a Smoothie Bowl!

This recipe is just too good not to share with you! I wasn't sure what I wanted to have for breakfast this morning. I wanted something refreshing and sweet but also something that would keep me full for a while. I combined some things that I had around the house and came up with this delicious smoothie bowl. Summer Smoothie Bowl 

5-7 frozen strawberries

1/4 cup frozen mango

1/2 frozen ripe banana

1 cup coconut water

2 Tbsp hemp seeds

1 Tbsp coconut oil

Blend all ingredient together, top with fresh fruit, or whatever you'd like, and enjoy!

The coconut oil in the smoothie is rich in healthy fats, along with many other wonderful health benefits. The hemp seeds are a wonderful superfood and they are a complete protein! The coconut water is very hydrating and adds to the tropical summertime flavor. I hope you enjoy the recipe! Let me know if you try it out. I would love to hear from you!
